Each year, my friend Kevin Scott makes a new holiday-oriented short film especially for inclusion in my Christmas Spectacular at The PIT. I always look forward to seeing what he comes up with, especially in recent years as they’ve evolved away from traditional sketch-style comedy videos and more toward semi-serious, idiosyncratic mood pieces (we often refer to them as “Schiller Reels,” after the offbeat series of films Tom Schiller used to create for SNL in the 70s).

This year, the show ran long and I was forced to cut Kevin’s film from the lineup for time, but he just uploaded it to his YouTube channel, which means now I can share it with you here, just in time for Christmas.

Starring the great Will Nunziata and Alison Fyhrie, it’s another strange, beautiful, funny-sad-weird “comedy,” and quintessentially Kevin. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas!
